Refund Policy | Custom Sculpture
This refund policy applies to all custom sculpture products on our official website, including stainless steel sculptures, bronze sculptures, stone carvings, and custom outdoor landscape projects.
Custom Order Instructions
All large sculptures and custom works are tailor-made strictly in accordance with customer requirements, with customizable size, material, style, pattern, color scheme and construction solutions. Custom products are non-standard customized goods and do not support unreasonable returns and refunds.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposits cover graphic design, raw material procurement, mold development, labor arrangement and production scheduling.
- If the order is confirmed and production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable;
- If production has not started and the customer unilaterally requests order cancellation, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting design service fees;
- No refund will be granted if the customer cancels the order voluntarily once the samples, models or finished products are completed.
Finished & In-Stock Item Refund Rules
Only small in-stock decorative ornaments are eligible for returns within 7 days after delivery. Products must be intact, unused and kept in original packaging. All return shipping fees, customs duties and handling fees shall be borne by the buyer. Large outdoor sculptures, engineering custom products and on-site installation projects are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Quality Issues & Production Errors
All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Free repair, remaking or replacement is provided for products with craftsmanship defects, inconsistent materials or production errors on our part. Damage caused by incorrect customer-provided information, artificial damage, rough transportation, improper installation, natural disasters and force majeure is not covered by free warranty or refund services. Paid maintenance services are available upon request.
Refund Processing Time
For eligible refund requests, we will complete the review within 3-7 working days, and the funds will be returned via the original payment method. The actual arrival time is subject to the rules of payment platforms and banks.
International Shipping & Customs
All tariffs, import taxes, quarantine fees and local additional handling fees arising from international logistics shall be borne by the buyer. We shall not be held responsible for cargo detention, return or additional costs caused by local policies of the buyer’s country/region.
